My exercise consists of 30 minutes of cycling on my static bike.  It´s the only thing I can do at the moment, and truth be told, I quite enjoy it once I get going! I´m going to keep track of th distance I cover in the (daily) 30 minute sessions.

Day 1 -
Day 2 - 10,56km
Day 3 - 11km
Day 4 - nothing because I fell (NOTE: while putting on my exercise clothes, sprained ankle and tore ligament)
Day 5 - nothing again  - Im actually MISSING my bike. How wonder how soon it´s safe to cycle agan?
Day 6 - nothing, have to wait a bit.
